How do I reorder images?

So, I'm putting together a slideshow video for a project, but I'm completely stuck on how to actually change the order of the photos.

Can anyone suggest a simple little app that's perfect for beginners? Thanks a million!

I don't get what you're trying to do. Like, in Movie Maker, you just drop your photos in whatever order you want, right?

A free version of Movie Maker? I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
