I recently set up Windows 7 on a new SSD, and now I'm seeing some unfamiliar folders on the system partition that weren't there before.
(Windows 7 Ultimate x32)
It's these three shown in the image:

The "windows bt" folder is about 500 kB, while the other two are just sitting there empty.

Deleted.
From what I can tell, they're just some updates.
Not really my concern. 😁
I've just been disabling them.

You can ditch the first two without a second thought—just temp folders from the installation process. Leave the third one alone; that’s a system folder for the event logs. Honestly, though, either your installer didn't finish properly or you've run it so many times that the automatic cleanup failed to kick in.
