How to delete a user account

Look, we all know the server’s been acting up lately, so here's my question:

Why on earth aren't we just purging the dead accounts? I'm talking about people who haven't logged in for over two years.

It would seriously take some of the load off the system.

It would definitely take some of the weight off the server.

An inactive user isn't actually doing anything. Their "load" on the database is so tiny it's practically non-existent.
