How to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader

It’s stuck on my screen and driving me absolutely crazy—I’ve scoured the web trying to find a fix, but nothing works. I even went as far as reinstalling Chrome and Firefox, yet here we are... tried a few different utility tools too, but zero luck.
