Has anyone run into issues with their HP fax machine after switching service providers? We just moved over to
Verizon, and while the phone lines and internet are working perfectly fine, the fax won't send anything—it only receives documents. The machine isn't broken; the problem only happens when I try to send to someone on the Verizon network.
After a month of dealing with this headache and wasting my breath, nothing has changed. It still won't send. Their "solution" was basically to tell me to buy a different fax machine, specifically suggesting a General Electric because they claim even an Apple won't work (which I already tested). I’m losing my mind here—if anyone has any actual ideas, please help me out! 🤷🤷
