Huge text and stretched forum layout?

Just me?!
It’s been happening for like an hour or two now...

Is it just my screen acting up or what?

I checked a bunch of other sites and everything looks totally fine everywhere else—it’s just weirdly broken right here on this site.

Okay, yeah, I am rocking some ancient Windows 98 and Internet Explorer, but I haven't touched a single setting or messed with anything unusual. Even the text I'm typing right now looks perfectly normal... so I'm totally lost.😕
I tried messing around with the encoding options, but nothing changed?

Have you tried using the "view" > "text size" option?
