What does it mean if you don't have the P1.70 BIOS installed? Basically, you're going to have to flash it.

One more question. Is there an i7 processor for the 1155 socket available for under $250 used?

You can occasionally find 2600K around $267, but I guess they’re a bit harder to track down.
