I’m a firm believer that the key to everything is just finding that perfect nutritional balance. For me, the absolute gold standard was the book *Life in the Fast Lane*—honestly, it’s the only one that actually clicked for me. It’s super affordable, maybe around $10, and it doesn't try too hard with any of those loud, clickbaity titles you see everywhere.
Also, if anyone is looking for a supplement guide, I do use one that’s a bit pricey, but you can find it at basically any grocery store; it’s called FOOD!
