Inbox is broken

Hey admins, could use some help here
I'm having a weird issue where I can't receive any messages. Other users are telling me they're sending them, and I'm even getting feedback that my inbox is full—but on my end, it looks completely empty. To make things worse, none of my outgoing messages are going through either. Thanks!

Anyone got anything?

I just sent you a DM and it went through without any issues.

Turn off your caps lock when you're online. Seriously, just do it everywhere.
Your inbox? Check your sent folder too. I see absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to receive a DM.
