Besides Palm Springs, where else can I go for rehab? Are there any other good centers out there (maybe Scottsdale or Asheville?) Which ones are actually worth it when it comes to the quality of care and having a solid medical staff on hand? Please, I really need some advice... I'm dealing with some major health issues right now and the pain is just constant. If anyone has gone through something similar or has recommendations, please reach out. Thanks! :W

Your question is a bit too vague to be helpful.
Every spa destination has its own specific specialty.
If you actually lay out what you're dealing with, maybe someone here can point you toward the right spot...

I’m looking for some solid rehab exercises to help with my hips and knees—they’ve been acting up ever since I broke them about four years ago. I’m also curious about whether electrical stimulation or magnetic therapy actually does anything? On top of that, my back is driving me absolutely insane; it hurts so much I could lose it, and honestly, even the doctors can't pin down why. I definitely need some neck exercises too, given that old C7 fracture. And if I get lucky... maybe even some massage therapy? Fingers crossed! Since this is all covered by my insurance, hopefully, I can get the full works.
Thanks a million! Much appreciated!👋
