Honestly, I can’t even remember 😁 how some of these characters acted... then again, if we were judging movies based on how much the characters behaved like idiots, none of them would pass the test anyway.

I found the film to be excellent, though I say that strictly in comparison to the other recent releases

Man, this one is brutal. It’s bloody, intense, and absolutely packed with violence—definitely not for anyone with a weak stomach! That said, I thought the movie was fantastic because it felt so incredibly raw and realistic. The French have really proven once again that they are absolute masters when it comes to crafting horror.

I’m really digging this movie. It’s a textbook example of that "new French extremism" wave, and honestly, it’s way darker than the rest of them (well, if you count the ending). There’s this one weird thing in the film that feels like it isn't even explained—or maybe it doesn't even need to be—that whole zombie bit, you know? But whatever, it's fine. Just brutal, uncomfortable, and totally caught me off guard 🙂

Are you talking about that prisoner who basically rose from the dead? I felt the same way—felt like it didn't serve much of a purpose.
For me, the absolute most shocking part was when the lead actress slashed her own throat after burning that woman's face... seeing all that blood everywhere was wild. Talk about pure desperation! But man, she realized what she'd done almost instantly and just started taping herself up with duct tape 😳 Usually, I'm pretty quiet when I'm watching movies, but this time I actually had to yell at the screen: "You idiot, what are you doing?! You're gonna die, why would you do that?!" Seriously, such a heavy psychological moment in the film.
