Is CCleaner actually worth using?

Hi everyone, if you have an Android phone, you probably know about or have heard of the Clean Master app; I personally use it and find it to be quite alright, but a friend mentioned they use the PC version made by the same developers behind the Android app, so I was wondering if anyone here has actually tried it? I guess I am also curious if it can truly hold its own against something like CCleaner.
