Is colloidal silver actually effective?

Over here Drink silver and you’ll never get sick—big pharma is just lying about it being toxic! They were basically hyping up silver as some kind of miracle cure.
I guess if anyone actually knows their stuff, they could tell me how much of that is actually 😕

It’s a total fantasy because everyone would love to just pretend they're perfectly healthy while trying to cure cancer from their own living room sofa.
