Is it worth appealing a repeat traffic violation?

Hey everyone. About two years ago, I rolled through a yellow light right as it turned red. The cop decided to make it a whole thing for no real reason and slapped me with $667 a fine and a three-month license suspension. I appealed it, and the judge actually sided with me.

Fast forward to a few days ago—I messed up again. This time, I blew straight through a deep red light. Totally my fault. The penalty was $667 a massive fine and a six-month suspension.

Does anyone have experience with appealing a repeat offense? Does an appeal even make sense at this stage, or am I just wasting my time? Is there any realistic shot at keeping my license? Honestly, being off the road for six months feels worse than doing actual jail time.
