Is this harassment?

Sorry if I'm being a bit awkward here, but I wasn't quite sure if this is where you report harassment or offensive comments.
If it isn't, does anyone know where I should go?

I've honestly never had to report anyone before, so I'm still figuring out how everything works on this site.

If you look at the bottom left corner of the post frame, you'll see a little red triangle—clicking that should open up the reporting dialog. Just type in your reasoning for the report, and that's pretty much it.
