Issues uploading to YouTube

Greetings, everyone.
A few months back, I was uploading clips around the 20-minute mark to YouTube without any issues at all. However, a couple of days ago, I attempted to upload a mere three-minute video—only to be met with a processing estimate exceeding 20,000 minutes—which is effectively 🙂 forever. Does anyone have insight into what might be causing this? I stumbled upon some information suggesting an antivirus conflict might be the culprit—I am currently running Norton Internet Security—but the solutions I found seemed specifically tailored to McAfee.

Weak connection? Maybe a torrent stayed running in the background? Or could be the firewall?

It isn't the torrent; my upload speed is sitting at 1.5Mbps. And what do you mean by firewall—how would that even affect this?
If you think the issue is the upload speed, I already mentioned that I’ve uploaded 200MB clips in about 20 minutes at this exact same rate.

Then you're basically stuck with one option: Google messed things up on YouTube again... just try it again in a few days.

I’ll just take a clip over to a buddy's place, and he'll have it uploaded in ten minutes flat.

Just reopening this thread because I still haven't managed to resolve the issue.

Why not just wipe Windows and start fresh? If you've got two partitions on your drive, you can set it up so one stays untouched. Maybe a clean install of Windows will fix the headache... if not, then we're looking at bad installations or a shaky internet connection. It’s also possible you changed your plan with T-Mobile and they messed with your speeds. A buddy of mine updated his package, and even though he was supposed to get faster service, his connection ended up being twice as slow now... maybe give your provider a call.

Man, my Watch history just stops working right after I hit Load more... I click it and absolutely nothing happens...

I honestly think the issue might be tied to your account itself... assuming it isn't some weird glitch on your computer.

Have you actually tried running a deep scan for viruses or malware using Malwarebytes yet?
you should also give it a good cleaning with ADWcleaner too.
maybe it’s even a router issue... you could try giving that a quick reset and see if anything changes.

@Chris Robinson25 ..honestly, the easiest way to put it is that you might just have to wipe Windows entirely... that's usually the last resort when you can't find any other fix. 😉
