So, I just finished reinstalling Windows 10 and now I'm running into this weird issue that wasn't even happening before.
I've got the registered version of "RegClean Pro" and I ran a scan on my rig. Once it finishes listing all the errors, I go ahead and click fix issues but then this message pops up: "Administrator privileges are required for this action. You do not have sufficient access privileges to perform this action”
Does anyone actually know what's going on here or how the hell I can fix it?

Right-click the icon and select "Run as administrator."

Simply right-click on the regclean utility and select "Run as Administrator," and you should be all set.
If your current user profile doesn't have administrative privileges, you'll need to ask your system administrator to grant you access to that group. Best, 😁
