Greetings, everyone,

I am genuinely at a loss here—I can't tell if I’m fundamentally misunderstanding how PayPal works, or if I’ve simply lost my wits.

The situation is this: I have been issued two separate refunds for certain purchases, yet my PayPal balance remains stubbornly frozen at the exact same amount. This isn't just a recent glitch, either; I received the first refund roughly five or six days ago. I even took the liberty of checking my Chase bank account to see if the funds had migrated there, but predictably, there is absolutely nothing to be found.

Here is the visual evidence:
http://prntscr.com/f7506p

I would greatly appreciate any insight or assistance you can offer. Best regards,

The money is sent back to the original card you used for the purchase. It usually takes about 5 to 15 business days for a bank to process the transaction. Don't sweat it—everything is fine because the refund was officially issued to your PayPal account. Just have some patience. This is standard procedure when you pay via credit or debit card rather than using your direct PayPal balance.

I suppose it could take up to 15 days, though I was mentally bracing for maybe 5 to 7. Since it's already been that long, I guess I'll just wait.

Alright, thanks a ton for the info.
