Issues with Unibet Poker

I’m trying to get into some Unibet poker, but I’ve hit a wall. I already reached out to their support team, and they’re supposedly working on it, but here is the situation:
Every time I try to launch the poker client through Mozilla Firefox, it tells me I need to install FlashAX. But when I actually hit install, I get this error message: Flash AX Control 2.1.0.19 cannot be installed because it isn't compatible with Firefox 3.5.2.
On top of that, I can't even get their standalone poker software to install properly because the icons aren't showing up during the setup process, so there's nothing to click.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE?

I used to play on DraftKings and I’ve still got some cash sitting in my account there, but I had to wipe my hard drive and now I can't get the app to reinstall... anyone know how to fix this?
