He was on NBC recently.
I found the tension in this film to be quite intense.
It was an excellent film, period.
On Rotten Tomatoes, it earned a solid 73% score.

It is quite interesting to note that this serves as a remake of Spielberg's "Duel," which was originally filmed exactly 30 years prior.
The voice of the killer in this film is provided by the actor Ted Levine, who famously portrayed the serial killer Buffalo Bill in "When a Lamb Falls Silent."

This flick is basically just a mashup of my absolute favorite thrillers: Duel, The Hitcher, Breakdown, Blow Out, Deliverance, and When a Stranger Calls. It feels like I directed the damn thing myself.

It’s such a waste that Levine only did the voiceover instead of actually acting... he was just some random, out-of-shape nobody playing a maniac. Honestly, they probably should have just left him out entirely.

As far as my understanding goes, the killer turned out to be the guy hunting them down near the gas station—the one providing the card they ended up keeping. He was working for that ice company, wasn't he? Or have I completely misread the ending?

No, look, Rusty Nail actually trashed the ice cream truck while the guy was busy looking away, and then I think he just grabbed the corpse, shoved it into the driver's seat, and floored it... which made it look like the ice cream man crashed into the motel himself, making him out to be Rusty Nail in the end.

Man, that movie was solid... honestly, my favorite part was when Paul Walker walked into the convenience store shirtless.😍 😍 😍 God...

I find myself in complete agreement; I truly enjoy this film and would go so far as to argue that it’s actually quite underrated. Of course, one can certainly point out certain logical inconsistencies, moments of naivety, or plot holes—as is often the case with any movie in this genre—but there is no denying its tension and palpable atmosphere. Personally, I am quite fond of how it pays homage to those classic road movies from the 70s and 80s, and it honestly feels like a shame that we don't see films like this produced more frequently. Even the character development is quite solid, and the actors have delivered performances that are more than merely competent.

This movie isn't half bad, though I personally find it much more compelling when compared to the thematic depth of Breakdown, which features that phenomenal performance by Kurt Russell.👍

One of the better ones, I suppose. There is an actual atmosphere here, rather than relying on those cheap, predictable jump scares... we certainly need more films crafted with that kind of restraint...
