Kaiser - appealing someone else's ban

Nick "Kaiser" got banned and silenced on the news forums, even though if you ask me, he wasn't even doing anything wrong.

I honestly have no clue why they slapped him with a ban. Can someone please give me an explanation?

You can only lodge an appeal regarding your own cards and penalties. As for Kaiser, he’s more than welcome to file his own protest if he feels he’s been treated unfairly.
