Keyboard not responding on Windows 10

My keyboard is basically acting possessed, though I doubt it’s just worn out because the On-Screen Keyboard starts doing its own thing too.
The On-Screen Keyboard works totally fine until I plug in my actual physical keyboard. Once that happens, everything goes haywire again until I reboot and unplug the real one.
I think maybe it's scrolling or zooming on its own even when I'm not touching anything at all.
Any advice?

well, figured it out—turns out my keyboard is just busted 🙂
