So, what are you using it for—is it just some extra support for an E. coli thing? I actually grabbed some Marvel recently when I was dealing with a nasty little bug, and man, let me tell you, it is a seriously effective diuretic... 🙂 After I finished about a third of the pack, I definitely started feeling a lot better. Sadly, those pills aren't exactly candy, but since my bladder issues are super sensitive, I had to go for it... 😉

Oh, those will definitely help! Just make sure you're chugging tons of water while you take them (it even says so in the instructions) to help flush your system out properly..

I’ve given them a shot! They actually helped me quite a bit. No more issues on my end, knock on wood... I mean, if you're dealing with some seriously heavy-duty infection, I doubt they'd be a total miracle cure. But for those milder flare-ups? If you jump on them right when the symptoms start, they definitely get the job done. They aren't exactly cheap, either... but honestly, they're way easier to take than some bitter herbal tea. You just grab them alongside plenty of water and you're good to go.
