Latest Firefox update

So, I asked you guys in my last thread whether I should be using Mozilla or IE, and after thinking about it, I’ve officially decided to go with Mozilla. Now I'm stuck on the next step—does anyone know what the latest version is, and where can I actually grab the download without running into any junk?

Beta is unstable and still being worked on. Expect bugs and issues...

I don't want to start a whole new thread here, but I was wondering—how do you actually rename a file right after downloading it through Mozilla?
For instance, when I'm pulling something off YouTube, I end up having to manually rename the .flv extension... how do I handle that easily??

Does anyone have a reliable YouTube downloader? I used to rely on a Firefox plugin, but that stopped working for me... maybe there's something similar out there now🤷
