I wonder how spirituality even deals with lies. Maybe it condemns them outright. Or maybe it doesn't care.
Are there actually people out there who never tell a lie? Or are those just the most deeply spiritual deceptions of all?

If everyone actually took Zvonimir Balog seriously, the world would become an unbearable place. 😁
The truth is, we just don't have the slightest clue how to handle the truth.
That's probably why it stays hidden from us in the first place. 😉

It depends on who you ask.

Some people deserve the truth, while others? They get a lie.

And no, I don’t feel an ounce of guilt when I deceive someone.

Especially when it comes to computer users. 😁

Everything is a lie. The only real question is whether it is a small lie or a large one.

If we don't truly grasp what the truth is, we don't even really know what we're aiming for. 😢

Small lies, big lies... but why is one considered smaller and the other larger?
Maybe it really does just come down to how each individual chooses to measure things.
In the meantime, though. 😲 Does anyone actually have a name for the stuff that fills up the gaps when a lie is "small"?
The message itself doesn't lose its value just because the delivery was a bit off. If the lie is smaller, then what exactly is the "bigger" part?

There's a very real chance that overthinking this whole thing might just trigger a bout of depression. 😵

Sometimes, being completely honest just leaves me feeling lost. 🤔
I’ve been brutally candid on this forum—just typing out exactly what was crossing my mind and how I felt in the moment—and looking back at some of my old posts actually gives me whiplash. 😁 If we are constantly raw and unfiltered, if we refuse to ever deviate from who we think we are, we lose the ability to build a cohesive identity in the eyes of others. We’re constantly evolving, learning, and getting to know ourselves better, which makes staying "consistent" almost impossible for social survival. Even when we are being truthful with ourselves and everyone else, that honesty is really just a snapshot of a single version of us, frozen in time. Something we were absolutely certain was true yesterday might feel like a total lie once we grow or change. And honestly? Sometimes even a lie eventually turns into our truth...
How can we even aim for absolute truth when we aren't even capable of fully grasping it? 😕

Sometimes you have to bend the truth in life, but it really comes down to whether we're talking about a little white lie or something major.

At the end of the day, though, it's still a lie.

I rarely lie—I’d consider myself a pretty honest person—but it does depend on the situation and who I'm dealing with. It varies based on how close someone is to me as a friend.

When I'm posting here on the forum, I always say exactly what's on my mind and I stick to it.

Lies never stay hidden for long.🙂

I can’t sit here and claim I’ve never told a lie or that I’m suddenly become incapable of doing it again 😁.
But honestly, I don't feel much of a drive to lie. If I don't want to share something, I usually just say so—it’s not like I’m obligated to spill everything. When it comes to people close to me, I rarely see any reason to be anything other than 😁 truthful.

I’ve had this feeling for as long as I can remember—this sense that I pretty much have an answer for everything at any given moment. I could try to make excuses for it or play it down, I suppose, but the truth is, I just know. It’s that simple. There isn't really much else to say about it.
