Logitech G502 Hero

I recently picked up this mouse, but there’s a major issue: whenever I scroll up or down, it registers a click at the same time. It’s so hypersensitive that it’s driving me insane. I used to have a Logitech G102, and even that didn't start acting up until about four months in.
Since I love the ergonomics of this specific model, I decided to buy it again. 🙂 Honestly, this shouldn't be happening—should I just go ahead and file a warranty claim?
