Logitech S510 not working

So I think I finally got Windows sorted out, but now I’m stuck because I need a different keyboard. I tried switching back to my old wireless one from AT&T along with my mouse, but nothing. It won't recognize them at all. I have zero clue what's going on. Seriously, I need some major help here

What do you mean you were "fixing" Windows?? 😁
Try deleting the drivers and then reinstalling them..
