Messenger issues

Hey there! I really need some help here... I think my Messenger might have a virus or something... It won't even let me into the app. First, it gave me a notification saying they were reviewing my account for prohibited content, and then once they "finished" checking, it told me my account was permanently banned.

Is there anything I can actually do? I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but nothing works. 😢
