Mic audio bleeding through speakers??

I am not entirely sure how to articulate my specific requirements, but I will certainly attempt to do so.
Does anyone know of an application—specifically for Windows 7—that allows me to hear my own voice through external speakers in real-time when I speak into the microphone? Essentially, I am looking for something that functions much like a megaphone.

I used to mess around with Adobe, but honestly, that software is way too bloated and overcomplicated. You might want something a bit more lightweight.
