Hey everyone,
It all kicked off about two weeks ago while I was out chopping wood. I went a little too hard, acting like a total amateur, and suddenly my head just throbbed with this intense pressure. For the next couple of days, I felt this lingering tightness, then it vanished, only to resurface again about a week ago. Now, there’s just this faint, dull sensation—honestly, it’s so mild I can't even tell if it's a real headache or if I'm just overthinking things 😁. I'm 28 years old, standing 5'10" and weighing about 210 lbs, so yeah, I've definitely put on some extra weight. I actually checked my blood pressure for the first time a few days back; it hit 164/95, which was pretty high, but then it settled down to 130/85 over the next two days, which seems normal. I’ve had stuff like this happen before, but it's rare—usually only when I'm pushing myself physically or getting a sudden rush of adrenaline, and even then, it passes. Now I'm left wondering: is it because I've let myself go lately due to being less active? Is it because I spend 10 hours a day glued to a computer at work? Or maybe it's the six cigarettes a day, or even just the changing weather... who knows? I mean, I'm doing okay otherwise—getting my errands done, going for walks, driving to work—but there's just this weird, foggy feeling hanging around. I should probably mention that I haven't slept much since my college days; I have this habit of staying up until 2 or 3 in the morning and then trying to be at work by 6. And don't even get me started on my weekends... 🙂. If anyone else has gone through something similar, please let me know...
