Hey everyone,
My right foot has been killing me since this afternoon—it hurts like crazy whenever I move or even just walk. At first, I figured it was nothing major and would just go away, but then I did a little digging on Google and stumbled upon Morton's neuroma. Apparently, it's this nerve thickening thing that’s a total pain to deal with. Usually, it's caused by wearing high heels. Now, look—I don't usually wear stilettos, but I wore them all night last Saturday, and then again for maybe 4 or 5 hours last night. I sat down a bit, sure, but I was also on my feet a lot—walking, dancing, you know how it is. The heels were about 5 inches.
Has anyone here dealt with this before? Is it actually possible to trigger this kind of thing after only wearing heels twice, or am I just dealing with a strained tendon or something that'll clear up in a day or two?
Please help, I'm seriously freaking out here.😢😢
