I’m wondering why this post hasn't been flagged yet.

I submitted a report twice—the second time just because I wasn't sure if the first one actually went through.

In the meantime, I noticed the moderators were active on the forum, but nothing has been done about it.

We can joke around and mess with each other, sure, but this is definitely crossing the line.
