MSI Starmouse GS-502 help!!!

So, I’ve got this GS-502, and it’s being super temperamental lately. It’ll work perfectly fine one minute, and then just totally quit on me the next. This has been happening all day today, and honestly, I'm stumped. What do you guys think might be causing this kind of intermittent issue?

It’s likely some debris near the laser. You might want to try cleaning it gently with a small brush. It's possible a stray hair got caught in there and is causing the issue.

Clean the laser. A little dust on the lens—huge headaches.
