Hey, first things first—is anyone else here dealing with something similar??
So, I hit the gym pretty hard two days ago, and now I've got this tiny little lump right above my junk. It’s maybe 6 or 7 mm, kind of like half a pea. It doesn't actually hurt, but man, the mental game is killing me because I'm low-key stressing out...
It looks just like a hernia... I was reading stuff online about how a dude might get one when the muscle lining in the abdomen tears and an organ pops through, but could this just be something that popped out from pushing too hard??? Help me out, please! I saw a doctor today and they told me to go get some tests done tomorrow... help plssssssssss

Does anyone happen to know if there are lymph nodes located in that specific area?

Just let me know what the scans show once you've had them done. I'm sure it’s nothing to worry about.

So I went to see my GP, right? And he told me I should get some blood work done just in case this lump—or whatever it is—turns out to be something more serious. He figured maybe my white blood cell count or red blood cells might be elevated. Well, I got the results back and everything looks totally normal... so far. Then today, when I took the papers back to him, he was basically like, "Hey, you're all good for now, but let's just keep an eye on it." Like, watch if it grows or shrinks. It might be nothing, but it might be something. It’s just this tiny little pea-sized bump that makes things feel... off. It doesn't actually hurt, but you know that feeling where you can just tell something isn't quite right? Yeah, that.
