So, I’m hitting about 15 sets of 3 for abs every single day, plus 2 sets of 20 pushups, and then maybe 3 or 4 sets of 100 reps with some dumbbells—nothing too heavy, obviously—along with rowing machine sessions, regular running, and I'm actually planning to get back into swimming pretty soon. Roughly when should I expect to start feeling that muscle soreness?

I totally blanked on the actual plan—it was supposed to be 3 sets of 20 squats, though I think some of them were meant to be jump squats.

It’s probably not going to happen quite that fast unless you start bumping up the number of sets in your workouts.

If your math on those exercise stats is spot on, my calculations suggest you’ll see that muscle tone kick in in exactly 27 days and 5 hours. Don't quote me on that, though—give or take
+/- 4 hours 👍

I’m gonna give it another shot... assuming I don't pass out from the effort first :P

You really need to sort out your diet too, because without a solid nutritional foundation, you aren't going to see those top-tier results... 😉

You can hit the gym as hard as you want, but if all you're eating is junk food...

Nah, the party's been over for a long time... there isn't any more booze, sugar, or treats left to go around 😁

Look, if you keep grinding away at the gym like this every single day, you’re honestly just spinning your wheels—you aren't gonna see those gains you're looking for. It’s a total mistake to hit the same muscle group two days in a row, let alone hammering the exact same exercises every damn morning. Muscles actually need downtime to grow, man. They don't just build themselves while you're pushing through the pain.
