My internet keeps freezing...

Over the last two days, this has happened four times yesterday and twice today. Out of nowhere, my mouse just stops responding entirely. I can't do anything except hit the power button to turn it off and back on again, and then it works fine.

Any idea what might be causing this? Help!

Have you tried using a different browser? Maybe try Chrome.

Browser= basically just another way to get online / a different web browser.

think Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera....

I don't think the issue is the internet connection; it's more likely that the computer is just freezing up.

Maybe try blowing the dust out of your computer first?
Clear out any apps you don't actually use.

You could also try grabbing Advanced System Care—you can search for it and run a quick fix; it might do the trick.

Also, if you have a ton of programs launching right when you boot up, just disable them in your settings. If you aren't using them, why let them run?

You might want to try updating your browser to the latest version, too.
