So, I’ve been sitting here wondering: who do you all think is actually going to take home the championship trophy this year? We’re already starting to see the heavy hitters separate themselves from the pack—names like Sebastian Vettel, Mark Webber, Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, and Fernando Alonso are all firmly in the conversation. However, there are still plenty of races left on the calendar, and since the points system has shifted so significantly, anything can happen. Personally, my money is on a showdown between Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. From what I’ve observed so far, the Red Bull Racing car looks absolutely dominant; it’s easily the fastest machine on the grid right now. That said, I haven't forgotten how last year played out with Mercedes—they came out of the gates swinging with seven or eight incredible performances, only to see their momentum completely evaporate as they struggled to keep up later in the season. I'd love to hear your takes. Who are you pulling for, and who do you think will be standing on top of the podium at the end of it all? 🙂
