Navel pain / Belly button pain

Has anyone ever dealt with actual navel pain? For the last two months, my belly button has been killing me—it feels like someone is constantly stabbing right in the center with a red-hot needle (kind of like those old-school sewing needles you'd see in a grandma's sewing kit). Has anyone else gone through this? 😕

Probably an appendicitis flare-up... that's usually how it starts...
