Need help picking out a new GPU

In your opinion, what's actually the best GPU I can grab if my budget tops out at $1500$600?

Here’s what I’m running right now:

Intel Core i5 AMD Ryzen 5 MSI B350 Tomahawk 8
MSI B350 Tomahawk
8gb Crucial Ram 2133mhz

What kind of card should I throw into this build?

I was using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 4gb, but it completely fried on me.

You could grab an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or a GTX 1060 3GB for around $1,800$0.63, or if you're short on cash, a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB runs about $1,350-$1,600. Just keep in mind that last one is actually weaker than the card you just fried...
