Need help with an IQ puzzle

I am looking to see if anyone remembers those IQ puzzles that used to be available at the local county fair a few years back. They were priced at $233. I eventually tracked down the exact same ones from China, but I’m running into a bit of a snag. I have a scoring sheet to determine the IQ levels, but the instructions are all in Chinese. Since the puzzles themselves don't provide any feedback, they're pretty useless to me right now without the scale. If anyone happens to have a copy of the difficulty scale, please send it my way via DM. These are the puzzles in question:
