Hey there,

I’ve started running into some issues with my printer. No matter how many times I run a head cleaning cycle, I keep getting the same results. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on here?
The printer is an HP LaserJet Pro set up with sublimation inks.

Since this is professional-grade equipment, the smartest move is to stick with one reliable business partner. You should reach out to them directly for support.

In cases like this, they’ll know exactly what they sold you and when. They understand the lifespan of the consumables and the hardware, and they know what other professionals using similar gear have experienced.

Nobody here can give you a real answer. If even one link in the chain is questionable, the whole setup falls apart.

It’s possible some spilled toner is gunking up the transport rollers, but honestly, you're better off just calling official Ricoh support or an authorized service center.
