Need some help here!

I don't want to sound like a total alarmist here, but what is going on with me?

Basically, I’ve got a fever of 101.3,
but there’s no congestion, no sore throat, and absolutely no coughing—just this fever sitting there out of nowhere.

Of course, my mind immediately starts racing toward every worst-case scenario and dark diagnosis imaginable.😠

It’s only been one day, though; just today.

Just great, absolutely zero replies here.😂

I don't really have her in my life anymore; honestly, she probably just hit a breaking point from being exhausted and running on zero sleep.
