Need some help!

Hi, I’m an 18-year-old male 😁. I’ve been dealing with constant numbness in my arms, legs, and fingers... plus some chest pain. This all started about a week ago, and it’s been happening every single day since. I’ve been hesitant to see a doctor because I can't tell if it's just stress or something more serious. It honestly feels like something is wrong with my heart or my circulation. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Are you dealing with any heart murmurs, shortness of breath, arrhythmias, or maybe low blood pressure? Any bouts of weakness or dizziness? Have you noticed any discoloration in your fingernails lately? I’m not liking the sound of this... especially since you mentioned chest pains...

Look, just try not to spiral or jump to the worst-case scenario. You need to get an appointment with a cardiologist and find out what's actually going on. I wouldn't recommend putting this off...
