So, my lower right abdomen has been giving me grief all day today. Yesterday, I was competing in a Taekwondo tournament, and even though I wasn't really drinking much water, I felt like I had to run to the restroom constantly—like, two or three times every half hour before it would settle down again. Plus, a couple of days ago, things were looking pretty soft in the bathroom department, which isn't exactly a fun thing to admit 😁
And now, I’ve got these weird pains... it’s not like I’m doubled over in agony or anything, but it’s definitely not a great feeling. It’s just... off. I did a little digging on Google, and apparently, if it were appendicitis, I should be dealing with a fever, vomiting, or at least some nausea (though not always), but none of that is happening. My temperature is fine and I can move around normally, except when I try doing anything physically intense. Honestly, I spent most of today just chalking it up to the TKD tournament or maybe just being nervous and needing to pee more often. Maybe that’s actually what it is? I'm just asking because I could really use some input—I can't get into a doctor's office until tomorrow, and I really don't want to look like an idiot 😁
