So, I’ve got a situation here... part of my palm and two of my fingers feel completely numb. I can still move them normally enough, but the sensation is definitely shot—and the strength in one of those fingers has dropped significantly. At first, I was convinced I was dealing with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, but then I stumbled onto something else entirely. When I lightly tap the inner part of my upper arm near the elbow—right in that space between the bicep and tricep—it feels like the entire nerve "jumps" directly into the area where my palm and fingers are numb. Obviously, I can't replicate this on my "healthy" arm. So, what else could this be besides standard Carpal Tunnel or a direct nerve injury? This has been going on for over a month now.

Numbness can stem from several different issues, including spinal problems or various types of physical injuries. There are plenty of other possibilities too, but instead of stressing yourself out by spiraling through all these different scenarios, I’d suggest just heading to your primary care physician first. They can run some initial checks and then refer you to a neurologist or perhaps an orthopedist if needed.

See a neurologist. You could be looking at nerve damage or neuralgia triggered by spinal issues. Honestly, you really need to get some proper imaging done to see what's actually going on under the hood...
