New keyboard and mouse setup

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some expert advice here since I definitely don't know as much about this stuff as some of you probably do.
I'm planning on picking up a new keyboard and mouse, ideally as a bundle.
I've got about $100(around $17) to spend.
The main thing is that I really need them to have some kind of backlight.
I've already scouted out a couple of combos, so if you could weigh in on which of these two is the better bet—or if you have your own suggestions for something better—that would be awesome.

I’m not quite sure which one takes the lead here, but this CM features a US layout, which would be a bit of a drawback for me personally. There isn't any mention regarding the gamer, so I'm assuming it's an American version. Regardless of which path you choose, it's definitely worth the investment.

I mean, I get it—the payouts aren't exactly huge, but honestly, I don't really need anything more than that.
Do you actually have a better suggestion in mind, or should I just pick one of these two?😁
