If you ask me, this whole thing is just political maneuvering. Milton Lampert and architect John Kincl have their hands right in this one—yeah, the same expert who worked on the stadium in Miami.
The design itself? Honestly, it’s an eyesore. A total crime against the local landscape. It looks even worse than the current old airport. Just a complete mess.
I really hope we have some backbone—politicians, citizens, anyone—to stand up against this monstrosity. We live in a place where these weirdly futuristic projects just don't fit, and they never will.
And with what money, though? Some invisible slush fund from the mayor or maybe a "convenient standby deal" from the IMF? ☕
