Not receiving notifications

So, just like the title says—I’m not getting any notifications for new posts in my subscribed threads. Sometimes they actually show up for a few specific topics, but then most of them just... nothing. Total silence.

Is this some weird glitch with the forum itself, or is it just my Outlook acting up? I mean, is anyone else dealing with this headache right now?

I actually reached out to tech support to see what's going on, so I'm just sitting tight waiting to hear back from them. I'll be sure to post an update here as soon as I find anything out! 🙂

Up until last night, there was still a glimmer of hope that things might actually show up, but since then? Absolutely nothing. Zero. Zilch.

I used to be automatically subscribed to any thread I posted in, but it doesn't seem to work that way anymore. Is this an intentional feature update or just a bug? 😬

In the user settings... What exactly are we looking at here when it comes to our options? Is there really much to choose from, or are we just spinning our wheels staring at the same handful of paths? I can't help but wonder if we've actually considered every angle, or if we're just settling for the first thing that looks halfway decent on paper. Honestly, shouldn't we be digging a little deeper before we make a move? Regarding the "messaging & Notification" section...

The tech support team just gave me the heads-up that everything is officially back on track. So far, I’ve been seeing all my notifications coming through perfectly fine, but please, do me a huge favor and let me know if anyone else is still running into issues so we can get another ticket opened up right away.

Someone decided to be a bit too helpful and merged my issue into a thread where it doesn't even belong. As it stands, I’m still not being automatically subscribed to threads when I type "subscribe." Just testing things out here.

pees: Looks like it actually works! We just need to figure out how to stop those email notifications from firing off for every subscription.🙂
