Numbness in my big toe

So, the left side of my right big toe has been feeling kind of numb for about two days now... It’s nothing crazy, like I’m not totally losing sensation, but compared to my left foot, the pain and touch just feel way weaker on this one side, which is super weird. Any idea what might be going on?
btw I'm only 18, and I've seriously never had any issues with my back or anything like that, even though I've been reading online that back problems could actually be the culprit...
