I’ve started running into some issues while trying to update my NVIDIA graphics drivers—specifically the Intel HD Graphics—so I decided to just wipe the slate clean by uninstalling the driver but keeping the actual software package on the system.
Once I rebooted the laptop, the driver didn't bother to reinstall itself automatically like it usually does.
I attempted to go through the proper channels by downloading the driver directly from the manufacturer's site to install it manually, but I'm hitting a brick wall. Every single time I try, I get hit with an ERROR Executing The Specified *Setup.exe* notification, followed immediately by an Unable to execute the specified command line error.
Does anyone out there have any insight on how to bypass this mess and actually get things working again?
